I run EE myself, although mine looks the same, because I haven't played around with PHP and styles much. I've played around with Gallery2, and ZenPhoto, after first using EE, because I figured the others might be easier to customize, but after seeing all of the features that were lost after moving, I went back to EE. It's a little tricker to install, but looks a lot more professional compared to the others. It's also faster in my experience.
